CHAPTER N - RIDE ALABAMA 

In 2009, Chapter N will ride to every Court House in Alabama. We begin by dividing the state of Alabama into several sections whereby our group could ride a planned route. Our ride through the Northern and Central Counties could be accomplished in several all day rides. And, riding through the Southern Counties would give us the opportunity for  3 overnight trips.

First ride - February 28th 2009. Counties: Marshall, (2 Courthouses - Albertville & Guntersville), Madison (Huntsville), Jackson (Scottsboro), and DeKalb (Fort Payne).  We assembled and departed from the K-Mart parking lot in Albertville. We ate lunch at Western Sizzlin in Scottsboro, and celebrated Shari Embry's birthday. We concluded the ride at the Fort Payne Courthouse, and went separate directions toward our respective homes. Twenty Four members participated in the ride. Four riders rode on 3 motorcycles. The weather was inclement until we got to Scottsboro.
