When do my benefits begin?
As soon as your order form is received, you will be mailed a Handy Glove Box Kit. Your
benefits begin when you receive your kit.
What do I receive in my kit?
You receive one Handy Glove Box Kit Envelope for each vehicle covered by the Club. Your
kit contains: Your contract, your membership number, a window decal, a map service card, a
wallet identification card.
What do I do if my car breaks down, or I need service?
Call the 24 hour dispatch number provided in your kit. The number is toll-free. NSD will
dispatch an emergency service vehicle to your aid, and you are covered for the maximum tow
or assist amount stated in your contract. If for any reason road service cannot be
dispatched, the member must receive authorization from NSD to use a garage of your choice,
and, upon presentation of receipts, the club shall reimburse the member up to the amount
of the plan selected. Maximum benefit allowed - Plan A $35.00, Plan B $50.00, Plan C
$75.00, Plan D $100.00.
What does Emergency Road Service consist of?
Mechanical first aid: Any service requiring a minor adjustment (exclusive of parts)
to enable a disabled vehicle to proceed under its own power.
Tire service: Changing an inflated spare from mount to wheel.
Battery service: Attempting to start vehicle with a booster battery.
Delivery service: Delivery of an emergency supply of gasoline, oil or water and
other accessories and supplies as may be required and available. Cost of materials
delivered shall be paid for by the member.
Can I Cancel Anytime?
Member of club can cancel in writing. If membership is cancelled a refund will be paid to
the purchaser, calculated on a short rate basis for the unexpired portion, minimum $15.00
earned. To assure continuous service, renewal will be billed automatically to your credit
card or authorized check agreement unless cancelled.
Summary
When your vehicle cannot be started or driven, it will be towed to the destination of your choice by an authorized tow truck. Simply sign for the service performed within the coverage limit. There's no reimbursement hassle. The fee will be paid directly to the supplier on your behalf. A service truck will be quickly dispatched to come to your aid if you need: 24 hour emergency road service, or 24 hour emergency tire service, or 24 hour battery assistance, or 24 hour locksmith service. Club will cover lost key or lock out service up to $25.00. Available in Continental United States only. Benefits provided by Nation Safe Drivers.
